Shop Warranty and Return Policy

Please note, we have recently update our policies to better serve you during this time!

Thank you for choosing Born Free Cycles! 

Please be advised of our limited Warranty/Return Policy on Parts, Labor, and Merchandise.  

 

Do you take returns or exchanges?

On most items the answer is Yes!  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then we will refund or exchange the entire amount under these conditions.

NO returns without receipt

NO returns after 14 days 

NO returns on electrical items

NO returns on special orders, close out items,  or drop ship items

NO returns on helmets

NO returns on installed parts

ALL returns must be in there original packaging and not used

ALL returns are subject to a 20% restock fee 

Part returns must be processed by phone during normal business hours or by email.  No walk-in service is available.  

Credit card refunds must be done on the original card the order was placed on.  

Do you provide Warranty on Parts and Labor?

Yes!  Our reliable Parts and Labor are Warrantied for 90 days or 500 miles based on whichever comes first. In case of a parts failure, the customer may be responsible for any labor costs to remove and replace.  Please be advised some exclusions do apply.  

 

ALL Parts and Labor Warranty is voided should any other work be preformed on the motorcycle by anyone other than Born Free Cycles after such work is completed.  

Can I keep my old Parts?

Yes!  However you must specify to your Service Adviser that you would like to keep your old Parts at the time of drop off!  Otherwise your old parts will be removed to the discretion of Born Free Cycles immediately.  If you should request to keep your old Parts we will only be able to store for up to 5 business days.  We do cannot guarantee your old parts return or the condition at anytime..

Do you Warranty Parts that I supplied?

No.  We do not offer any Warranty or guarantee on Parts supplied by the customer.  If any parts supplied by customer are faulty, the customer is responsible for cost of installation and removal.
