Born Free Cycles “Ride & Give” Grand Holiday Giveaway Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Born Free Cycles “Ride & Give” Grand Holiday Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Born Free Cycles, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants agree to these official rules, release Born Free Cycles and its affiliates from any liability, grant permission for the use of submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes, and acknowledge that all prizes hold no cash value.

To enter, participants must follow @bornfreecycles on Instagram, post a photo or video of themselves taking part in a charitable ride or community event, tag @bornfreecycles, and include the hashtags #bornfreecycles, #bfcrideandgive25, and the event name in the caption. Each qualifying post counts as one entry, with a limit of one entry per event. All entries must be posted no later than 11:59 PM PST on December 21, 2025.

Winning entries will be drawn at random on December 22, 2025, and winners will be notified via Instagram direct message. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within that timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the discretion of Born Free Cycles.

The Grand Prize winner will receive either one Dyno Tune or a $500 Born Free Cycles Gift Card, at their choice. The Runner-Up Prize consists of one mini motorcycle detail per month from January through December 2025, totaling twelve (12) details. Each month’s detail must be redeemed within that specific month and cannot be carried over, accumulated, or transferred to another person. Missed months are forfeited. The Third Prize is a Motorcycle Mystery Pack. All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed by December 23, 2026.

All prizes must be redeemed in person at Born Free Cycles in Burbank, California, and are subject to standard shop scheduling and availability. No substitutions or exchanges will be allowed, and any unclaimed portion of a prize will be forfeited. Participants agree that Born Free Cycles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances compromise its integrity.

By participating, entrants fully release and hold harmless Born Free Cycles, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of participation or prize use. All submitted photos and videos become the property of Born Free Cycles and may be used, reproduced, or distributed in any media for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
